I just started spitting up blood 15 minutes after brushing my teeth at night. I am 64 years old, take heart and high blood pressure medications, and had open heart surgery 2 years ago. The blood comes up with both saliva and phlegm, and I feel fine otherwise with no fever or chest pain. What could be the cause of this, and what should I do?

I'm 31 years old and experiencing chest pain that started about a week ago. The pain is mostly constant now, sharp when active, and dull when resting. It worsens with movements, eating, or drinking, and is located in the middle of my chest. I have a history of high blood pressure but am not currently on medication. I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck, specifically two on the left side (baking bean size and pea size) that have been present for about 8 weeks and have not shrunk. Now, I have noticed a new pea-sized node on the right side of my neck. Should I be concerned about these new nodes, and what type of cancer could be causing them to appear?

I slammed my finger in the rear door of my van. My finger is very sore, tender, and bloody with the lower half of my nail turning black.
