My partner and I were treated for Chlamydia about a month ago with azithromycin. She tested negative after treatment, but I tested positive. Is it possible that the treatment could work for her but not for me, and how common is it for azithromycin to fail as a treatment for Chlamydia?

I am an intravenous drug user and after injecting in my wrist, the inside of my wrist turned dark purple, my hand swelled up significantly, and I can't make a fist. My hand and arm are swollen up to the elbow, my glands are swelling, and I feel lightheaded and nauseous. I've taken Tylenol and ibuprofen, but haven't seen a doctor. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I had a three-level cervical disc fusion (ACDF) in November 2018. Since then, I've experienced various health issues including thyroid problems, brain fog, fatigue, difficulty focusing, occasional loss of consciousness, heart palpitations, and shakiness. I've had numerous tests including a brain scan, blood tests, and a cardiologist's evaluation, all of which came back normal. I'm 33 years old, take levothyroxine, and have no chronic conditions. Prior to the surgery, I had muscle fatigue and loss of muscle mass in my left arm due to a pinched nerve. I also have some spinal cord damage and experience discomfort when looking down for extended periods. My hands and feet get cold, and I get headaches weekly. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to improve my condition?
