I was playing with my kids and heard popping noises in my right leg while reaching for something. Now, I have severe pain starting in my lower buttocks and traveling down to my mid-leg, making it difficult to walk. I felt a cool sensation at the site of the pop and the pain is more on the right outer area of my leg and buttocks. What could be causing this pain?
