Could this be herpes? I engaged in mutual masturbation on December 4, 2022, and experienced symptoms such as burning urination, inflamed urethra, groin and pubic itchiness, hemorrhoids, and armpit lymph nodes. I have been on Lexapro for 5 weeks, starting at 5mg and recently increasing to 7.5mg. I experienced severe side effects initially and now have dull abdominal pain that moves from left to middle to right side randomly. I also have morning anxiety again after the dosage increase.
