I am on holiday and have diarrhea. I have very limited resources. What can I take to 'home remedy' to stop it?

I have had constant burning pain in my right lower back/hip for the past three days. It hurts more when I touch it or lay down, and there are no visual signs of anything besides being slightly swollen. I've been on a diet of only bananas, two eggs, and green tea, which I started the morning before the pain began. What could be causing this pain and what can I do to alleviate it?

I've been having discharge with a weird smell. It's thick and sometimes has a cheesy smell, other times it's creamy or white but a little runny. I have a history of Bacteria Vagionosis but it's been a while since. What could this be and what can I do about it?

Accidentally hit my hand on the inside lid of a sanitary waste bin, leaving a red scratch with no blood drawn. My hands are red and dry with some cracks from overwashing. Worried about HIV or hepatitis transmission as the bin likely had blood on the underside of the lid. Also, woke up with a rash on both arms that is red and spotty, and had a situation where I scratched a patient and myself, breaking the skin but not bleeding. Worried about theoretical risk of HIV transmission from the patient. What are the risks and how should I handle these situations?
