I was walking off a curb and felt a cramp in my big toe, which is now swollen and painful, making it hard to walk without a limp. The pain comes and goes and is sensitive to the touch. I'm currently taking blood pressure and cholesterol medications and am 52 years old. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a spot on my leg that has been there for a few years. It sometimes bleeds when I shave over it, and after it heals, it has scaly flaking around it that sometimes itches. I thought it might be a dermatofibroma. What could it be and should I be concerned?

I had an upper respiratory issue for about a week with symptoms like sore throat, sinus pressure, postnasal drip, and cough. I tested negative for Covid three times. Now, most symptoms are gone except for some sinus soreness and extreme fatigue. What can I do to improve this fatigue, especially since I have a big presentation this Friday?

My nephew, aged 30, has been experiencing gastrointestinal issues for 6-8 weeks, including intermittent diarrhea, mild stomach pain, low energy, and loss of appetite. Blood work showed a high ALT level of 127, but a hepatitis panel was negative. The doctor recommended an upper GI and colonoscopy. Could this be related to his liver, and what other potential causes should be considered?
