I went out for drinks last night and today I feel shortness of breath with no chest pain, just a sore throat and nausea. I'm 25 years old and have had shortness of breath before, which was diagnosed as anxiety. What could be causing this and what should I do?

What do you call an ear, nose, and throat doctor, and what could be causing my throat to get clogged and produce phlegm when I eat, despite having had three endoscopies in the past two years with no findings?

I have a rough patch on my breast that was scabbed over and has now cleared up, but there is a small purple bruise-like dot on the same breast. I'm a 29-year-old female and am concerned about this. What could this be, and should I be worried?

I developed sexual side effects from antidepressants and Iām worried theyāre permanent because Iāve now been off meds for 3.5 months. I took 20 mg of Lexapro in January, which quickly led to loss of genital sensation. In March, I was switched to Trintellix, which showed some improvement but didnāt resolve the issue. I then switched to Vybrid, but the side effects persisted. After 7 months, I stopped all medications. Now, thereās been some improvement, but I still feel genital numbing, loss of sensation, and weakened orgasms, which are better than when I was on the meds but not back to my pre-SSRI state. Iām worried the SSRIs caused permanent damage. Is it likely to be permanent, and have you seen such side effects last for months?

I have had a swollen uvula since May 7th. I have been taking Fluticasone propionate spray, but the swelling is not going away. I have seen a doctor who mentioned it could be worse but did not perform any tests to determine the cause. What can I do to reduce the swelling, and how often should I use Benadryl or Zyrtec, and gargle with salt water?
