I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with pneumonia, but the radiologist's report showed no pneumonia but mild interstitial prominence and atelectasis in the right lung, with a white haze in the left lung not mentioned in the report. I have been running a 100.7 degree temperature off and on and my normal temperature is 97.4. I am low thyroid and allergic to most antibiotics. What does mild interstitial prominence and atelectasis mean, and what can I do to help myself get well?

I have been experiencing white milky discharge and pain during sex. I have used two rounds of metrogel, and my doctor checked for STDs, which were all negative. The results came back positive for BV, and I was given metrogel. I have also tried two different boric acids, oral metronidazole, clindamycin, rephresh pro b probiotics, and fem dophilus probiotics, but nothing has helped. What else can I do, and could hormonal imbalances be the cause of my BV?
