I went to the movies and ate cooked food that tasted weird. After getting home, I started feeling severe stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea. The pain hasn't subsided and is getting worse. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am a 26-year-old female with ongoing balance issues since 2015, sporadic slurred speech, difficulty with handwriting, and spasms in my little finger. I also experience moments where my hand fails to open as expected and feel like a slightly drunk person when walking or skiing. I have had an MRI in 2015 that showed no issues, and I am currently on anxiety medication (Citalopram). What could be the root cause of these symptoms and where should I start for treatment?

I can't breathe properly with my nose. It's not congested with mucus or anything. It's dry yet it feels blocked. I'm 25 years old and currently using medications like piritin and septrine. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate it?

I have a concern about my penis not getting larger when erect. I’m wondering if this is normal and if I should start using a penis pump or some kind of device to help. Can you provide an opinion on the difference between my flaccid and erect states, and should I see a urologist for an evaluation?

I tested positive for Chlamydia, but my partner tested negative. I'm certain he is the source of my infection. What could be the reasons for his negative test result, and which test is more accurate for detecting Chlamydia: urine, blood, or a urethritis panel?
