I have been vomiting for several days, with the color changing from green stringy to grey stringy. I have a history of acid reflux and am currently on lithium carbonate, neurontin, propanolol, and dexilant. Should I be concerned about the vomiting, or will it clear up once I'm back on dexilant?

Is this normal skin fold or does it look abnormal? I'm not sure if I always had this. Additionally, I have visible molluscum that is now scarring on my pubic area. Since cutterage, I've had no new molluscum in my pubic area, but two on my face and two on my arm. Cutterage was done two weeks ago. I'm a healthy 26-year-old male but I do smoke and work out five days a week. Based on this, do you think this will stay around much longer? The molluscum are always pretty small and look exactly like pimples. Can't even tell the difference. If this stuff didn't spread, I wouldn't worry. Does the size mean I have a good immune system? Also, for the two on my face, one was above my left eye and one was next to my eyebrow on my right eye. I'm able to shave my beard and the hairline next to my eye? The derm cut both these out last week, and they are now scarring. There's a small growth under my eye lid that has been there for weeks. Is this molluscum? There's also a white pimple thing under my eye that came up after severe sweating in my eyes playing basketball, a couple of weeks to a month ago. Is that molluscum?
