I woke up yesterday with intense pain at my tailbone, which is swollen and painful, making me nauseated. I did not fall or have any kind of injury. The pain is located right about my buttocks but below where the dimples at the end of my spine are. I have no other medical issues with my bowels or otherwise, no fever, but I do have some weakness and pain that is shooting down my left leg, with no numbness or tingling.

I am married for 2 years and trying for pregnancy. My LH levels were high (around 20), which reduced to 13 after taking Duloton for 2 months. However, my follicles are retained and new ones are not forming for the next cycle. My doctor advised me to take Duphaston for 15 days from the 10th day of my periods. Will I be able to conceive? I am worried as many people struggle with conception due to hormone problems. Please clarify.

I have a history of two types of severe headaches: one feels like my head is in a vice, and the other is a severe pain at the back of my head, about 2 inches below my skull. I recently felt a knot on the back of my neck. I had an MRI two months ago and nothing was found. Should I go back to my doctor and let her know about the knot, or should I stop worrying about it?

I'm a 20-year-old guy with a very tight foreskin. During erections, the head of my penis doesn't come out due to the tight foreskin, which is painful and causes discomfort during sex. I need to inform partners to be careful because it hurts. Is there a solution to this problem without removing the foreskin?
