I work in a daycare and have been getting sick with the flu on a weekly basis since January, experiencing fever, chills, sometimes a sore throat, body aches, and fatigue. I interact with sick children at the daycare and have not received a flu vaccine this year. I have taken ibuprofen for some of my symptoms. My blood work in December showed no deficiencies or concerns. What could be causing my recurring fevers and what can I do to recover?

We are staying in Navarre, Florida, for this month and next. My wife has two places on the shin of her lower left leg that will not heal (over three months). Is there a wound specialist near me that she can see?

I had penile trauma from using an extension device combined with jelqing. Initially, I was able to get erections and had normal sexual function after resting, but now I'm not naturally getting erections and don't feel aroused. I also have slight discomfort on the right side of my penis where the initial trauma occurred. Should I see a doctor, and is LI-ESWT treatment (shockwave treatment) via an at-home device a bad idea?

I experienced knee pain after a strenuous workout involving squats with weight and jumps. I've tried Tylenol, Voltaren, and cold compresses. The pain is felt when putting pressure on the knee, such as when standing on one foot, but not during activities like rowing where the knee is only slightly bent. What could be causing this pain, and what further steps should I take?

I have been experiencing ear blockage and trouble hearing out of one ear. The blockage started last year and has persisted, despite attempts to unclog it and treatment from urgent care. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have chills but no fever. How can I alleviate them, and are chills common when recovering from a significant UTI?
