I would like a doctor to review my blood work. I'm confused as to why my absolute lymphocytes count is lower in my most recent blood work but the percentage is higher. Additionally, I want to understand why my MCH is low and if there are any other concerning findings in my blood work.

I'm a 36-year-old male experiencing abdominal discomfort and mild pain that starts under my low ribs and travels down the sides of my abdomen. This has been happening on and off for about 8-10 weeks, typically in the morning and gone by noon. Cardio exercise helps alleviate the pain. There is no pressing pain, and symptoms might disappear for weeks at a time. Stool, urine, and BP are normal, and recent liver function blood tests were normal. No fever, thyroid is normal, and there is no family history of irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to manage it?

I feel discomfort inside my penile head, which I think is referred pain. I slept on my stomach and woke up with this discomfort/pain. Pushing above the penile area, particularly on the left side, causes pain that seems to refer to the glans. The pain is more noticeable when the penis moves or rubs against clothes, but it's absent when I'm still. There's no swelling, bruising, redness, or signs of STDs. I was exposed to a person of unknown status in October 2021 and have been tested since then, with the last test in February 2022 showing negative for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis, etc. A cystoscopy in January 2022 was clean, and IGG for herpes showed positive for HSV 1 and negative for HSV 2. I've had cold sores all my life. I also recently tested positive for COVID. Could this discomfort be related to any of these factors?

I am a 37-year-old man experiencing pain in my right foot, particularly when walking or bending my big toe upwards. The pain was intense and sudden a few months ago, but now it's less severe but still significant. The urgent care doctor did not think it was gout and suspected overuse. Weight lifting and wearing work boots exacerbate the pain. What could be causing this pain, and should I be concerned about it being something serious like bone cancer?
