I would like someone to view the attached MRI films and advise if any of the larger white objects are anything to be concerned about. My ortho only mentioned that there is nothing wrong with the thoracic spine, but did not mention anything else about the films.

My wife's toes move constantly, almost in a twirling motion, and her legs hurt really bad. I have noticed since her knee replacement about five years ago, it has gotten worse. She has diabetes and high blood pressure. What could be causing this and what should be done about it?

I have been experiencing body-wide twitching for over a month, occasional perceived muscle weakness, and random breathing difficulties, especially during periods of elevated anxiety. I have a history of heroin overdose but have been clean for over 4 years. I am concerned about the possibility of ALS. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have either ingested or inhaled something I am allergic to, resulting in hives covering my entire body, swollen lips and face, and irregular breathing. I have been advised to go to the ER, but I am hesitant due to recent illegal drug use. Is there an over-the-counter medication similar to Prednisone that can help, or do I need to go to the ER? If I do go, do they absolutely have to take a blood test, or can I refuse it and still receive help?

I was put on Amlodipine on Sunday. My blood pressure is still very high at 180 over 104 and my heart rate is 78. Should I go to a hospital right now or wait until morning and see my doctor?
