I have a lump on my throat wall to the right, not on my tonsil but just behind it. It might be moving behind my tonsil to make it look smaller or bigger. I'm scared it's getting bigger and could be cancer. What could this lump be, and should I be concerned about it potentially being cancer?

I'm currently experiencing moderate sharp pains in my lower left rib area since February 8, 2017. I had an X-ray that showed no signs of a collapsed lung, but I have a history of lung collapses treated with a chest tube and VATS surgery.
