I have ear swelling, eye swelling, neck swelling, and circular spots and lumps appearing. My whole body is getting spots, but my ears are the most swollen, and my neck is tender. I'm 28 years old and not on any medications except for an antihistamine I took today. I saw a doctor today who said it's stress, but now I have a rash. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I've had on and off headaches for the past 2 days, despite drinking plenty of water and having electrolytes. I also have a sore neck and some health anxiety. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate it?

I have a heart condition, COPD, and was recently diagnosed with pneumonia. I am taking an antibiotic and am on full-time oxygen due to COPD. My current doctor has temporarily stopped my Furosemide medication pending scheduled tests. However, I have noticed increased swelling in my ankles and would like to know if it is safe to start taking Furosemide again to alleviate the fluid buildup, especially given my pneumonia and heart failure problems.
