My hand has been asleep for 2 days, specifically my ring and pinkie fingers and the area directly below them. Should I seek treatment, and what could be causing this?

I've felt like something was stuck in my throat for about a week, and last night I found a small black spot in the back of my throat where it still feels like something is stuck. I also have been feeling nausea and fatigue. How long have you had the spot, have you used any medication for it, and is there anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know?

I have been experiencing cold-like symptoms for 14 days, including a low-grade fever that doesn't exceed 101°F, extreme fatigue, light sniffles, and a cough. Today, I developed a rash on my forearm and a few itchy bumps on my torso. I have been taking ibuprofen for the fever and haven't seen a doctor yet. I am allergic to penicillin.
