I tested positive for COVID-19 this morning and have continued to experience diarrhea with everything I eat. I vomited about 10 times on the 15th of March and haven't vomited since, but my body feels worse. I am also experiencing dizziness, chills, and trouble breathing. What are the next steps for my condition?
