I was on prednisone a few weeks ago and caught something. My throat has been on fire for 3 days on the left side, and now it's almost day 4 with intense throat pain, chest and back tightness, and swollen lymph nodes all over my head. Breathing and oxygen levels are normal, and my heart is normal. I had mono in my 20s and have a contained tooth minor infection with no symptoms on the opposite side. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them?

I hurt my elbow after falling on it. I can extend and contract it with slight pain and a feeling of muscles pulling. There was no discoloration or tenderness. After resting, it feels normal for a little bit. The pain started yesterday after a fall on a water slide and occurs mainly when I extend and contract the elbow a lot. The pain is dull.
