I’m a female teenager who has been trying to gain weight for years. I’m currently 126 pounds, 5’3”, and 18 years old, aiming to reach 145-150 pounds. I want to achieve a specific body image with bigger thighs, calves, a bigger butt, toned arms, and a semi-flat stomach. I’ve tried weight gain supplements without much success and have a slight eating disorder due to depression, making it hard to eat full meals more than once a day. What professional advice can you provide to help me gain weight and achieve my desired body image?
