I have a left muffled ear with air bubbles/cracks under my left ear in the parotid area that crackle when I puff my cheeks. I have been on prednisone for a week, but I am not sure if it's helping. What could be causing this and how should I treat it?

I have had coughing and bringing up mucus for 10 weeks, my glands are swollen in my neck, and I feel quite fatigued. I have been on antibiotics for 3 weeks, but nothing has changed. I am also experiencing upper back pain, neck aches, and difficulty sleeping due to coughing and spitting up clear mucus all night. I have tested negative for Covid multiple times. The cough is dry but produces mucus after coughing, and there is tightness in my chest. I am 64 years old and have been using two different antibiotics for 3 weeks. I had Guillain-Barré syndrome nearly 3 years ago, which required being put in a coma and a tracheotomy.

I have been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting since Thursday night, which has caused me to miss work. I have also had body aches, a bad headache, fever, chills, and mild dizziness. I haven't been eating due to constant vomiting. I take Jencycla and am 35 years old. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

My IV with heparin was right above where they drew blood. My INR came back high (2.2, yesterday it was 1.51 and I’ve been on Coumadin 5mg for a week now). Should I repeat the INR on the side that didn’t have heparin, would that affect it? That seems like a big jump in INR.
