Iām normally hot natured but for some reason while I was in bed this morning I felt like I couldnāt get warm but I eventually did. I just got out of the shower and yet my skin still feels cool to the touch. Is this alarming? And I do get my second COVID vaccine 2 days ago.

I have been taking Cephalexin 500mg for about 4 days and I noticed my hands and feet are swelling. Could it be coming from the medication? I am also a diabetic.
