What does underarm and groin pain mean, and could stress cause it?

If you normally take a baby aspirin every day, is it okay to take a baby aspirin in the morning and at night for a couple of days if you have some chest tightness? Also, if your eGFR has dropped from 109 to 79 over a year, is this cause for concern, and can eGFR levels go back up?

I just noticed a weird, painful bump inside the top of my vagina. I had unprotected sex for the first time 2 days ago. There isn't any itching or burning, just slight pain if I touch it. I was having weird discharge before the unprotected sex, but an OB/GYN told me to use capsules, which cleared it up. What could this bump be?

I have a headache and have been off my blood pressure pills for 2 days. I just took Metoprolol Succinate 100 mg at 5:30 pm. My heart rate has gone up to 100 on my home monitor, and my blood pressure rates have been fluctuating. I had an epidural at about 4:45 today from a pain management doctor. I don't know if this is related to the epidural. Should I take another pill or will I be OK?

I have a numbness sensation on the top left abdominal muscle. How long have you had the numbness? Is this stable or getting worse? How old are you? Are you currently using any medications, either for the numbness or anything else? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
