I accidentally took both my Lexapro (10mg) and Buspirone (15mg) twice today, about 12 hours apart. Is this a dangerous amount? What can I expect to experience? Should I continue my normal routine of taking Lexapro and Buspirone together in the AM and just Buspirone in the PM, or should I skip one or the other tomorrow morning?

I have had non-specific urethritis for 7 days now, not sexually transmitted, with urethral irritation but no discharge or burning during urination. My symptoms have remained the same. Should I take Azithromycin or wait further to see if symptoms subside, especially considering the possibility that the irritation was caused by vigorous masturbation?

I recently lost a lot of weight and have been scared of gaining it back. I've noticed my arms, feet, fingers, and stomach getting bloated at times. I ate a lot a few days ago, and my arms and stomach still feel bigger. I'm unsure if this is bloating or actual weight gain. What could be causing this, and what can I do to resolve it?

On Saturday, I had intimate contact with someone without being on birth control. Although he didn't ejaculate, I'm now experiencing pelvic pain and slight nausea. I restarted my birth control that same night. Could these symptoms be related to pregnancy or something else?
