Is there any possible health risks to eating Subway every day?

I have a pain at the back of my leg just above the ankle and below my calf. It interferes when I wear short boots and is generally a little painful. I've had this pain for about 3 months and haven't used any medication for it. I saw a doctor about my swollen leg, but they focused on my breathing issues and ordered an ECG and blood tests that were negative. I also have a swelling in my upper right quadrant below my rib cage that causes pain, and a feces sample showed something related to cancer, but a colonoscopy found nothing. What could be causing these issues?

My wife has been experiencing nausea for hours in Mexico City and cannot keep down water. She has taken an anti-nausea tablet but is unsure how long it will take to work. She has used anti-nausea medication before and thinks they may have caught something from someone in Mexico. She had her appendix removed years ago and is otherwise healthy. How long should we wait before seeking medical help?

Do you think the supplement by Pure encapsulations called Prostate Supreme would be helpful for my situation? If not, is it good to take anyway or a waste of money? Also, my grandson, who has CU, is experiencing pain while urinating. I checked him for nitrates and leucocytes using a home test, both of which are negative. His foreskin hasn't retracted, and I suspect a minor foreskin infection. What should we do, and is circumcision necessary at his age?
