I am experiencing intermittent, dull headaches that move around my head, sometimes feeling like sinus pressure or pain in the area where a headband would go, and occasionally causing scalp tenderness. The headaches worsen with stress and anxiety, and I have had a temporary raised temporal artery after a shower. I have normal lab results (CBC, metabolic panel, sed rate, and c-reactive protein) and no other significant symptoms like fatigue or fever. Could these symptoms be related to tension headaches rather than something more serious like temporal arteritis?

My last period began on November 15 and lasted 7 days with a slow flow and sticky brown color, now it has a little bit of red like a normal period.
