I had a knee replacement on November 26th, 2018, and now I'm noticing that my right knee is swelling on the side. Could there be something wrong with my knee inside? Additionally, I fell in the kitchen a few weeks ago and now have pain in the back of my left knee and my hip. What should I do?

My D-dimer was slightly elevated, but I just had a clean cardiac MRI three days ago. Is this sufficient to rule out a pulmonary embolism? I am allergic to CT dye and cannot have CT angio.
