For the past 4 days, I've had stomach ache/strain and pain at my sternum that moves to my back, along with feeling like I'm breathing from the lower part of my throat. Today, those symptoms have subsided but I feel a little nauseous. I'm a 37-year-old male on Zoloft for anxiety and seasonal allergies. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I keep having a sensation of a heartbeat in my throat and my ECGs show premature beats. I'm worried and have had heart monitor, CT with dye, and an echo of my heart, all of which showed nothing wrong. I've been experiencing this constantly for 3 days.
