Is it possible to have a small perforation in the gallbladder with pain only rated at 3/10, and if not, what could be causing pain ranging from 1/10 to 4/10 in someone with a gallbladder stone and Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) who is inoperable due to anesthesia risks?
