I have shortness of breath when I bend over or walk more than a block. I am undergoing heart tests including stress and angiogram. Next week, I have an appointment with my lung specialist. I am okay when I lie down, no fluid buildup, no cough, blood oxygen 93%. No diagnosis yet. Can you suggest anything more I should do? My BP is good, ECHO is good, and cardiogram is good. I have always had stress and take Xanax and Zolft. I have seen a doctor about stress. I have the Cooley's blood trait diagnosed 70 years ago. The shortness of breath and some fatigue come when I bend over.

I have received my blood work results and my iron level was 3.7 and my hb was 10.1. I am very tired all the time and was recently diagnosed with IBD. In 2005, I had a C-section and lost a lot of blood, requiring two transfusions. Are my current iron levels life-threatening, and are iron injections a possibility since my saturation levels are not good?

I have been experiencing a sore throat for a few days, only on the left side and when I swallow. I have a low fever of 99°F and the left side of my neck is tender to the touch, like a swollen gland. My doctor said it was a virus, but I'm concerned it could be something serious. What could it be, and should I be worried about it being an STD or HIV?
