I’m still so worried that the muscle twitches are only in my left leg. From what I’ve read, BFS (Benign Fasciculation Syndrome) is diffuse. So is that ruled out in me? Additionally, I seem to be having pain in my hands and feet (finger and toes) - migratory type pain. I’m not sure if those are cramps. I’m also concerned about the sensation in my leg being from many small twitches and whether an EMG would pick up all this twitching. Lastly, I’m wondering if the difficulty I have hopping up steps on one foot is a cause for concern and if my symptoms are concerning without knowing my past history.

I am experiencing chills, achy body, runny/stuffy nose, sore throat, and coughing. The coughing started last night and comes and goes. It is a dry cough, and I have difficulty distinguishing it from my usual cough due to the use of an inhaler. I am currently using several medications, including Phenytoin Sod Ext 100mg (twice a day) for seizure disorder, Metoprolol SUCC ER 100mg (daily) for AFib, Lisinopril-HCTZ 20-12.5mg (twice every morning) for high blood pressure, Breo Ellipta 100-25mg inhaler (daily) for asthma, Albuterol HFA 90mg inhaler (every 4 hours as needed) for wheezing, Meloxicam 15mg (daily) for arthritis pain, Pantoprazole Sod Dr 40mg (daily) for Gerd, Oxybutynin CL ER 10mg (at bedtime) for incontinence, Cyanocobalamin 1,000 mcg/ml (monthly) for B12 deficiency, Vitamin D3 50,000 IU (weekly) for Vitamin D deficiency, Zolpidem Tartrate 10mg (at bedtime) for insomnia, and Aspirin 81 MG (daily) for heart health. I am 64 years old. What should I do for these symptoms?
