I had a breast ultrasound last year due to a lump I felt, and recently went for a follow-up where they found a lesion in my breast and a larger lymph node. They performed a diagnostic mammogram, but the radiologist didn't provide a report and asked for the previous ultrasound images on CD. I'm anxious about the possibility of needing a biopsy or other tests. Should I be concerned, and if there were any serious issues, wouldn't they have informed me immediately?
