Are my Hemoglobin (HgB) and Hematocrit (HcT) levels fine to just monitor, or do I need to donate blood regularly due to potential health risks?

I recently took an iron test that showed very high iron and saturation levels, well above the normal range. The total iron was 259 mcg (normal range: 50-195 mcg) and the % saturation was 79% (normal range: 20-48%). Iron binding capacity was normal at 326. Hemoglobin, hematocrit, ferritin, and transferritin were all normal. The test was performed due to excessive bruising, but the results were opposite to what was expected. A direct relative has hemochromatosis. What does this mean for my health, and should I be concerned about my iron levels and saturation?
