My brother has yellow spots on his chest. What could it be?

I’m taking Flagyl for a parasitic infection and experiencing severe diarrhea. I’m only drinking bone broth. Does the diarrhea stop after finishing the Flagyl dose? Today is my last day. My GI discomfort worsened after starting Flagyl. I also have a lingering cold and mild GI issues on my left side. Could my GI problems be related to not completing the Invermectin dosage? Could my Blastocystis hominis infection be from that as well? When can I start taking prebiotics or probiotics? Are Flagyl and Invermectin well tolerated together if Flagyl doesn't improve my symptoms?

What could be causing this and how could he be helped?

I have always suffered from excess gas and PVCs (premature ventricular contractions). I have undergone extensive cardiac testing with no abnormalities found. I notice that PVC flares often coincide with eating, and I also have a history of GERD. What could be the connection between these symptoms and what can be done to alleviate them?
