I found an oval lump under my skin in my right arm tricep. I noticed it yesterday but don’t know for how long it’s been there, could be long. It’s soft but firm, doesn’t move around, and is pretty small, maybe a few centimeters. There’s no pain, tenderness, local redness, or heat, and no family history of lipomas. What could this lump be?

I have had diarrhea for 4 days, starting with vomiting and diarrhea, accompanied by stomach cramps and a fever of 100°F. The fever and vomiting have subsided, but the diarrhea persists, appearing like rich gold-colored urine and occurring almost hourly, especially after consuming any food or drink. I have noticed some blood in my stool, which I believe to be anal fissures. I have not traveled recently or been in contact with anyone who has been sick. What should I do?

My husband has been experiencing retrograde ejaculation, which we only recently discovered when he couldn't ejaculate during an at-home sperm test. He later managed to ejaculate but urine came out as well. We are considering using chlorpheniramine, a 4 mg tablet, to help with this condition. We want to know if there are any other symptoms associated with retrograde ejaculation, the potential causes, and the appropriate dosage of chlorpheniramine to take before sex for this condition.
