I can't get my balance because the phone line is busy for two days. Every time I call the number on the back of my card, I get a busy signal. What can be the problem?

Is there any reason why blood in urine would appear to go away and then come back? Yesterday and today, it seems to disappear and then come back strongly. The pictures show normal urine initially, but a later sample collected 4 hours later seems to have blood in it. Any reason for this?

I took an HIV RNA, qL Real Time PCR test 14 days after a possible exposure involving protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. The result was not detected for the virus. How conclusive are these results?

I am extremely anxious because my hair touched dirty, dusty furniture that hasn't been dusted in years. I can't wash my hair for at least 24 hours and I'm terrified of getting an amoeba infection from the dust. Can you please calm my anxiety and tell me the risk and likelihood of amoeba being on the furniture and in my hair?
