I had my gallbladder removed several years ago. Now my stomach is extremely distended and painful for the past two days. I've tried various gas medications, including drinking baking soda and warm water, but nothing has helped. I also had a gastric sleeve three years ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am experiencing frequent burping, gas, and severe abdominal pain that sometimes shifts to my esophagus or stomach. The pain has been present for two days, and I have also felt nausea and loss of appetite. I have a history of PCOD and have been using Iberogast. I smoke occasionally and have increased my alcohol intake recently. I have not seen a doctor yet. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I am on fluconazole 150mg for a suspected throat fungal infection. I just had a panic attack and read that I can’t take my Clonazepam with fluconazole. Is this true? I have only taken one dose of fluconazole and was prescribed 100mg daily for 12 days. I am worried about the effects on my liver and if I can still take Clonazepam if I have another panic attack. My Clonazepam dosage is 0.5mg.

My child (10 yr old) had hand foot mouth 2 weeks ago. She returned to school last Monday. Currently, the spots that had been on her hands that had been blisters then flattened out are all peeling off. These are turning out to be large areas on fingers, between fingers, palms. She says it hurts and stings. Should I be worried, what can I do for her?
