I have a nagging pain on my right lower back and mild leg ache, which is causing difficulty sleeping. This has been happening for the last 3-4 days. The leg pain comes and goes, and massaging the leg makes it better. The pain is often felt at the base of the feet, and the lower back pain is only on the right side, occurring mostly at night.
