I am a 30-year-old with celiac disease, following a strict diet, and my antibodies are 0. I have been experiencing various symptoms including abdominal pain near the navel and left ovary, intermittent pelvic pain, bloody diarrhea, yellow mucus diarrhea, nausea, constant lower abdominal and pelvic pain, exhaustion, muscle twitching, joint pain, loss of appetite, back pain, and a cough. My lab tests and ultrasounds have been clear, and my CRP is under 2. What could be wrong, and what tests should I consider?

I always feel dizzy and my head mildly hurts. I have been experiencing this since August. I had a brain scan that showed nothing but a congested nose. I also feel lightheaded, disoriented, and have visual snow in the dark. My right side of the head feels funny around my eyebrow. I used to faint as a kid and recently felt like this during vape/nicotine withdrawal. I also have anxiety and constantly think something is wrong with me. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
