What exercises are forbidden for people with a spine hernia or herniated disc?

I’m currently taking 25mg of Lyrica 3x daily for trigeminal neuralgia (TN2) symptoms, but it’s not strong enough and I’m considering increasing the dose to 50mg or switching to Gabapentin. Is it safe to increase my Lyrica dose, and if I switch to Gabapentin, how long should I wait to make a safe switch?

I have COVID and am out of town. My son is pushing me to get Paxlovid. My doctor said no. She’s functional medicine. Not sure what to do. I feel awful with symptoms like a stuffed head, slight cough, chills, stomach ache, dizziness, and likely a fever. I'm on many supplements and compounded medications. What should I do?
