I have only had one small bowel movement since Thursday, despite eating a lot. I used a mineral oil enema 30 minutes ago and was advised to see a doctor if there was no movement within 30 minutes. I feel slightly nauseous and have taken laxatives and was previously prescribed Lynzess. I also had a laxative tea last night that didn't work. I'm 27 years old, experienced no bowel movement after the oil enema, have abdominal cramps, extreme bloating, and discomfort. What should I do?

I started experiencing symptoms such as chills, weakness, lightheadedness, a pounding headache, overall sick feeling, joint pain in my right hand knuckles and left hip 10 days ago. I thought I was recovering, but then I got a sore throat, cough, congestion, and a low-grade fever. I have since taken Aleve for headaches and Max Strength Mucinex DM for cough and congestion. I have no appetite and had diarrhea yesterday. I am 55 years old and have occasional shortness of breath. My throat is not very sore but feels irritated, and I have a kink in my neck. What is your recommendation for my ongoing symptoms?
