Over the last three weeks, I have been dealing with sinus issues, including vertigo, pressure in my eyes, a headache, and a one-sided headache on my right side by my temples. I was treated with augmentin and nasal spray, which helped with the vertigo. However, I still have minor pressure on the right side of my face and into my nose, and occasional headaches. I have Crohn's disease and am on Remicade. What could be causing this and what should I do?
