2.5 weeks ago, I had a blow to my stomach from a piece of wood. I had some bruising above my belly button and lost my appetite. Now, 2.5 weeks later, I have had no appetite for the last 3 days and have been experiencing diarrhea. Could this be related to the stomach blow, or is it likely something else?

I have been experiencing various symptoms including sickness, stomach pains, headache, pain in knees and ankles, hot and cold sensations, aching all over, sore throat, bright red blood in stool, swollen parts of the body, stiffness, tightness and pain in arms and chest, disorientation, loss of feeling in hands, exhaustion, and weight loss. I have a history of alcoholism and mental health issues, but I am currently in recovery. I have been to the hospital multiple times, but they think I am exaggerating my symptoms due to my past mental health issues. I am waiting to see my doctor on Monday. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do in the meantime?

I was diagnosed with HSV-1 in my genitals and still have open sores despite taking antiviral medication. Is it okay to use baby powder with cornstarch to help dry the sores and prevent sticking? Also, would triamcinolone help, and should I be concerned about brownish/red discharge from the sores?
