I went paddleboarding while 12.5 weeks pregnant and fell off the board twice. The first fall involved possibly hitting my stomach on the water, and the second fall involved falling onto my butt and back on the board before tipping into the water. I am not injured and experienced no pain or vaginal bleeding. Could these falls have harmed the baby?

I have sharp pain in the same spot every hour and a half, diagnosed with a cervical bulging disc. I'm starting physical therapy (PT) on Monday and experiencing a lot of pain in my neck and back. I'm on muscle relaxants and a steroid pack, but hydrocodone doesn't help. Is the pain on my head related?
