I have been experiencing sore throat, chest pain, and difficulty breathing. I have Guillain-Barré syndrome, but before it affects my lungs, it usually affects my legs first. My oxygen level is 98%, and my lungs sound clear with a normal chest X-ray. I'm concerned about a blood clot in my lungs and have had multiple tests, including 6 CT scans of my lungs, 15 ECGs, and various MRIs. I also had a false positive for Lyme disease. What could be causing my symptoms, and should I be concerned about a blood clot or autoimmune disease?

I have pain on my back side under the rib cage. I am 49 years old, male, and the pain is on the right side of my spine under the rib cage. The pain is severe if I move a certain way, causing nausea and loss of appetite. I have no alcohol or smoking intake, some heartburn, and I do have diverticulitis.
