I’ve been having a burning pain in my chest since this morning. It comes and goes. I am 25 and male. The pain is on my left side and feels more intense when I pull my shoulders back. I have no shortness of breath, but I was feeling nauseous earlier in the morning. My blood pressure has been around 105/60 lately. I have had acid reflux before and was given famotidine, which helped. I have not consulted a doctor for the current ache and am not on any regular medication.

I rubbed my penis on an unknown HIV status girl's butt cheeks using body lotion. There was no penetration or exchange of body fluids. What is the risk of getting AIDS?

I forgot I had taken 2 or 3 ibuprofen on Tuesday or Wednesday and I drank 3/4 beers. Should I be worried? I take Lisinopril 5mg for blood pressure and other medications. How severe were any side effects?

My 90-year-old grandfather has severe leg pain in both legs, extending from the toes to the groin area, which he believes was caused by overworking out at the gym. He has been in pain for the past 3 days, has lost his appetite, and experienced mild swelling in his right foot that has since gone down. He is not on any medication except for daily OTC echinacea and has not seen a doctor about the swelling. He has a history of extensive heart conditions over 5 years ago. What could be causing his leg pain and what should he do?

I am experiencing slight dizziness, fuzzy-headedness, and can hear the wooshing of blood through my carotid artery in my right ear. I have had these symptoms for a few weeks and have been taking antibiotics prescribed by a doctor with no improvement. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
