I’ve been having really bad stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting for about 4 days. The pain started 2 days ago and comes and goes. It’s sharp then achey, and I sit to use the bathroom and throw up at the same time. I have SLE lupus, anemia, and take plaquenil, prenatals, vitamin B12, and vitamin D. I’m 27 and pregnant. Should I go to the ER?

I have a chronic ear infection in the Otis Externa, which has been ongoing for about two years. The infections used to be smelly and sometimes produced clear liquid. I have been prescribed antibiotic eardrops, but they no longer work. My ear now oozes blood, which I clean out twice a day and sometimes leaks onto my pillow at night. My health is generally good, with no other known health issues, and my blood pressure is fine. I have an appointment next week. What could be causing the bleeding, and are there any other possible explanations?

I have been experiencing heavy tightness around my upper abdomen and lower and upper back for about two weeks. I have had a CT scan and an upper endoscopy, both of which were negative. I also have acid reflux, am diabetic, and believe I have a herniated disc. The tightness is constant throughout the day, especially after eating or drinking, and feels like my stomach wants to burst. Can it be an abdominal muscle pull?
