I have low iron and constant chest pain for the last 3 days. I've been taking iron pills, drinking prune juice, and eating prunes. Will these help increase my iron levels quickly and alleviate the chest pain?

This morning, my face is red and feels like it’s burning, and my eyes and eyelids are swollen. I’m worried about a skin infection or something. Is this normal?
