I’ve had RUQ (right upper quadrant) pain for almost 2 years, with constant but fluctuating intensity, located under my right rib cage. Additionally, I’ve experienced back pain in the same area for the past 2 months, which worsens when pressed. I’ve undergone an ultrasound, HIDA scan, and CT scan, all of which showed no abnormalities. My blood work has also been normal. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do next?

My mother, aged 65, had a very good response to chemotherapy, with the tumor almost gone. The oncologist suggested radiation therapy based on the report, but we are unsure if it is necessary. The pathology report mentions immunohistochemical stains for estrogen, progesterone receptors, Her2/neu status, and proliferation marker Ki-67, but we don't understand if we need to repeat the biopsy or retest the previous block. Can you help clarify what the pathology report is advising us to do?

My right knee is hurting and the skin around it is super sensitive to the touch, feeling as though it is burning when lightly touched. I have had skin sensitivity on and off for most of my life but never been on meds for it. I have not seen a doctor about the sensitivity before, and this is the first time I have noticed it in a long while. I also have intercranial hypertension. What could be causing this sensitivity and what should I do?

I occasionally feel discomfort at the tip of my penis, usually after urination, masturbation, or bowel movements. I've experienced this for months, including a recent episode of blood in the urine, which led to a CT scan and cystoscopy. The tests showed only mild bladder irritation. Do I likely have a chronic bladder/prostate condition, and is there anything I should be worried about?
