I’ve noticed that whenever I get my period, I get the same two pimples on my chin. They are painful, below the surface with no heads, and resolve after my period. I have oily skin, particularly on my forehead, and I am on birth control pills. What can I do to manage this hormonal acne, and are there any topical treatments or self-care remedies that can help?

I'm 36 and have had external hemorrhoids since I had my children, but they never bothered me until recently. They feel swollen but have no pain or blood. I tried hemorrhoid creams and suppositories, which burned and seemed to make them worse. Now I'm worried it might be something more serious since the creams didn't work. Should I stop touching and inspecting them daily, and will they go away on their own?

I have noticed red specks in my stool multiple times over the past few months. I use spironolactone for my skin, had a miscarriage in March, and have had a hemorrhoid since then, along with some vaginal irritation. I was constipated a month ago and felt a sharp pain in the anus today. Could the red specks be blood, and are these symptoms related to my medical history or recent gastrointestinal issues?
